Welcome to Crystal Dunning Massage Therapy & Acupuncture. By booking services or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Appointments & Services
Appointments are confirmed once scheduled through phone or email. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion. All services are provided for wellness purposes and do not replace medical advice or treatment.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They can be purchased via e-transfer to crystaldrmt@hotmail.ca and are valid for one year from the purchase date unless otherwise stated.
Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns prior to treatment. We reserve the right to modify or decline treatment based on health and safety considerations.
Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Liability
By using our services, you acknowledge that massage therapy and acupuncture involve physical contact and that treatments are provided for wellness purposes. Crystal Dunning Massage Therapy & Acupuncture is not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse effects resulting from services provided, except in cases of negligence.
